Cause

During a earlier backup something went wrong cause a old index file to be left behind in de temporary directory.
The current backup is trying to re-create this file but is not allowed causing the error message.

Solution

Close the software and remove the content of the temporary directory so the software can re-create it.

The location of the temporary directory can be found trough the software client

1. Start the software client
2. Go to the Backup Sets
3. Choose the backupset with the error message
4. Click on Show advanced settings (left below the tab Destination)
5. Go to the tab Others
6. Here you will find the temporary directory as the first setting

Delete the content, not the directory itself!

It may be wise to perform an index check for the account.
