Cause

You make a backupping something that requires additional modules.
And there are more items present under the selection than the number of modules that you have purchased.

This often happens when the root of something is selected so that all new data goes directly into the backup, which has advantages and disadvantages.

Solution

There are 2 ways to solve this problem:

1. More Modules
In the Mindtime Management System (MMS), the partner through which your backup contract runs can easily adjust the number of purchased modules in question for you.

2. Adjust selection
It is of course also possible that an item has suddenly been added that does not have to be included in the backup at all.
In that case it is easiest to de-select the item at the source selection so that it is no longer included in the backup.
It is of course possible that data has already been included in the backup. If you want to delete this right away, you can use the article How can I delete data from the account. for this
