Error message

Unable to do Offsite backup, Error= [BlockDB.init] Error initializing bptree

Cause

At the start of the backup the software downloads a file list from the server (bptree) for comparison.
The software stores this bptree in de temporary directory and this fails because the temporary directory is unwritable.

Solution

Solution 1 - Local index
Solve this issue using the following steps:

1. Close all open software windows
2. Right click on the tray icon and stop any running backups
3. Check if no backup task remains in memory using task manager
   
   Terminate all 'bJW.exe' processes
   (Any active backup or open program windows are bJW.exe processes)
4. Check if the write rights are present for the SYSTEM and user on the temporary directory
5. Remove all content from the temporarily directory
6. Start a new backup job
