Cause

The volume Shadow copy provider is not registered in the system.

Solution

Execute the batch file in the C:\Program Files\Mindtime Pro Backup\bin directory:
- Windows 2003: RegisterVSS.bat
- Windows 2008: RegisterVSS2008.bat (6.13.4.0 and higher)
- Windows 2012: RegisterVSS2012.bat (6.13.4.0 and higher)
