Cause

This error is usually caused by anti-virus software which blocks the backup mangers access to infected/spam emails.

Solution

If your anti-virus software supports adding the backup manager as an excluded application, this error will disappear.
Starting from v6.9.0.0, the backup will continue to run, instead of stopping immediately in previous versions, for the rest of the emails when this problem is found with an individual email.
