Cause
This occurs when the software tries to backup more mailboxes than the amount pre-ordered. The backup will fail without adding any new data. Usually this happens when a new mailbox is added to the Exchange server and the root of the mailbox store is selectedSolution
* Edit the account in the Partner Portal to assign more mailboxes to the account.* On the Exchange-server, in the backup manager, adjust the mailbox set selection to match the ordered amount of mailboxes:
Reminder: When the 'mailbox store' is selected in the maillevel backup set, all (new) mailboxes will be included in the backup as well. To prevent this select individual mailboxes to prevent unwanted mailboxes from being included.
