Problem

You want to change the account password

Solution

1. Open the backup manager
2. Select the profile at the bottom left .
3. Click on the button 'Change' next to the password.
4. Type the old pasword in and the new password.
5. Save the changes in the main menu with 'Save' on the top right.

Don't forget to change the password on all machines running the account because they can now no longer connect.

(!) Beware that for a lot of customer the password is the same as the encryption key. Changing the password does not change the encryption key on a existing backupset. Properly document the encryption key for each set as the software will ask for the key when installing the software on a new machine.
