Cause

The backup open files the software will request a VSS snapshot.
During this request the computer responded slowly or another request was present.

Solution

Receiving this error a couple of times does not mean that the backup has failed.
Try choosing a different time for the backup so there is no overlap with other tasks on the computer.

When a backup fails due to the VSS snapshot request failing you will receive a different message.
