JVM Royalty module is not enabled. No file can be backed up.

Note:
This issue will only affect newly installed Mindtime Pro/PC Backup on Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or later with Java 8 or above. Also, this will only affect scheduled backup job.

Cause

This is a known issue with Mindtime Pro/PC Backup version 6.27.0.0.

Solution

To resolve the issue, hotfix the Mindtime [Pro/PC] Backup application with the following steps:

1. Download the hotfix file.
2. Shutdown the backup scheduler by running the following command:
   >sudo /Applications/Mindtime [Pro/PC] Backup/bin/StopScheduler.sh
3. Install the hotfix:
   Expand [ OBC-mac-10.10-jvm-royalty-scheduler-hotfix.zip ] downloaded to [ /Applications/Mindtime [Pro/PC] Backup ]
4. Restart the computer
