Impersonation failed when failed impersonation is enabled. Backup is stopped.

Error message

Impersonation failed when failed impersonation is enabled. Backup is stopped.

Cause:

There is no Windows password set for the user but the software expects one anyway.
This causes the scheduler to not start the backup as it thinks it's unable to access the data on the system.

Solutions:

• Set a Windows password and input it in the software.
  (In case the user doesn't want to input a password each time when booting the system either do a autologon or try one of the other solutions)
• Completely remove the software and then do a fresh install with the latest version
  (Uninstall the software and remove the installation directory usually: C:\Program Files\Mindtime PC Backup)
• Apply the latest patch to the software
