Ursache

A error occurred while uploading the backup to the offsite servers, even after repeated attempts the software was unable to continue.
The backup has stopped at the indicated file and is possibly incomplete.

Lösung

Download and install the latest software version from: http://www.mindtimebackup.de/support/downloads
Newer software often has improved logic for connecting to the backup servers as well as improved support for newer techniques (firewalls).

Of course there is the possibility of a malfunction or maintenance to the servers or connection resulting in the software being unable to connect to them.
In case the error is persistent please contact the support department.
