Cause

This means that the SQL-server is unable to write the export to the temporarily folder.

Solution

Choose as the temporarily folder in the backupset settings a directory where the SQL-server can write to.
- Check of the Windows-authentication and SQ-authentication of this set are filled out correctly.
- Check of the temporarily directory exists.
- Try choosing a different directory like 'c:\backuptemp'.
