Ursache

This error can occur when the account index on the backup server has become corrupted.

Lösung

This is not something a customer or partner can solve on their end.
Please contact us with the message that the index is corrupted and a rebuild is required.
We will then:

1. Suspend the account to prevent the backup from starting
2. Start a "single user rebuild" of the account
3. The rebuild might take several hours to complete depending on the size and server load,
   it's best to request this in the morning so it can be completed prior to the backup starting that evening.
4. Unsuspend the account after the rebuild is completed
