[UpdatePermissionTask.Local.run] Unknownn IOException. Error=[java.io.FileNotFoundException] C:\BACKUP\[server]\[gebruiker]\files\[set id]\... (The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable)
[BackupSetCmd.uploadBackupFiles][java.lang.RuntimeException] Error=[BackupFileIterator.Combined.hasNext] Throwable=[BackupFileIterator.Combined.hasNext] Throwable=[BackupFileIterator.hasNext] Throwable=[Bptree.KeyRangeIterator.hasNext]...

Cause

Depending on the software version or target type one of the above error messages might occur during a local copy.
This error message means that the list of files present in the local backup, the index, has become corrupted.

Solution

Remove all local index files from the set with the error message.
These files will be re-created at the next backup, depending of the amount of already present files this might take a while.
When this error occurs during the restoration of a local copy the process will start with "Initializing decrypt action" which rebuilds the index files when they are missing.

The index files are 'index.bdb' and 'r-index.bdb' directly in the root of the map with the set id.
e.g.: del F:\backup\[server]\[user]\files\[set id]\*.bdb
